Varsity Head Coach

My name is Eric Hoffman, I was a 4 year starter at Novi High School from 1993-1996. All 4 years was an All State Goalie. After high school I went to Ohio Wesylan University which is a Division III school and did not make the team. 7 goalies tried out for the team, the coach already knew who was going to be on the team before tryouts. I just went to the wrong school. After a few years away from lacrosse a friend of mine asked me to come and play in a summer league with Eastern Michigan University. That year I went back to school full time and started playing lacrosse again. In my first year I was selected All CCLA Honorable Mention. For the last 3 years encluding this one I have been the goalie at Eastern Michigan.

I have coached for a number of years, the last two seasons I have been the assistant varsity coach at Novi High School. Those two years Novi made it to the State Regional Fianl and lost. This year I see Salem Lacrosse as a sleeper team in the KLAA and the state. A lot of teams are going to overlook us. We will surprise them, Let go Rocks.

I expect hard work and dedications from our players. We have a program here that is growing and need everyone to be on the same page. We will have a new system to get use to, every minute of every practice needs to be taken advantage of. I can't wait to get on the field and see what were made of.
